Jérémie Menat

A member of the Paris Bar since 2015, Jérémie Menat specialises in financial services litigation. He also has significant experience in banking and commercial litigation. Prior to joining Swift Litigation, Jérémie Menat was part of Julien Martinet’s team at Hogan Lovells for three years, after having practiced commercial litigation for four years in a leading Parisian law firm.

He holds a Master’s degree in business law and a Master’s degree in financial and banking law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, as well as an LL.M in American law from the University of Pennsylvania Law School
