Laure Khalil

A member of the Paris Bar since 2019, Laure is specializes in civil and commercial litigation as well as in criminal business law.

As part of her practice, Laure assists companies and managers at all stages of criminal proceedings (custody, investigating court, trial panels). She also regularly acts in transnational litigation on behalf of several companies and financial institutions.

Prior to joining Swift Litigation, Laure practised for four years in the litigation department of Reinhart Marville Torre.

Laure is also tutor at the Paris Law Faculty, University Paris II Panthéon-Assas in general criminal law and procedure.
