Mr. Julien Martinet then took the floor to outline the main litigation risks related to these regulations, greenwashing, and carbon neutrality claims. He highlighted the state of European regulations being prepared on the subject of greenwashing (environmental claims, green claims directive), as well as the increasing willingness of administrative authorities to address these issues (ACPR, AMF). <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After a break, the speakers freely shared with the audience in a roundtable discussion.
