On October 6, 2023, during the AEDGF annual conference on “Regulation atypical financial product in the EU”, held in Athens, discussions were centred around actions taken against banks for authorized/unauthorized transactions atypical investments within the scope of an AEDBF Europe event. Mr. MARTINET intervened on “the Judicial Treatment of Atypical Financial Products”, discussing civil and criminal law perspectives.
