The reform of the statute of case dismissal is eagerly awaited by professionals!

Case dismissal is a necessary and effective defense tool that practitioners regularly use. However, it must be noted that its legal framework is complicated and a source of legal uncertainty. The announced reform, if it clarifies the issues and fills the gaps in this legal framework, is therefore welcome.
